The jacuzzi is cleaned on a regular schedule, which is rare in most apartments. The walkways and parking garage are swept weekly. They pick up your trash at the door twice a week. The place is very quiet with Riverparks across the street. The only real problem is the way the complex was designed, which can make it confusing for your guest to find your apartment. If you are considering this place as an apartment, either end where the two elevators are located will certainly save your back moving and bringing up groceries, but you will miss the river view. A side note, Riverside Drive can be noisy with emergency vehicles and traffic at times, but that certainly isn't anything that can be controlled. It's just the price you pay for living on Riverside.
