Lincoln Park Apartments

Recommended... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I've lived at Lincoln Park for the past 9 months and have nothing but compliments... The assistant manager is extremely helpful and nice as is the rest of the Lincoln Park team. Grounds are clean, the pool is clean- superb!! However, quite like the first reviewer the layout of the apartment complex is a little bizarre and does require having to meet your guests in the parking garage to show them the way up. One other note!! This place is SAFE! Although the arrangement of the apartments is a little screwy, their placement is not- every apartment has a balcony which faces either Caron St. or Riverside and each apartment's balcony is completely impermeable being that a vagrant would have to jump over a fall of concrete slab to enter anyones apartment. In the summer, I always left my balcony door open and unlocked and never ever felt scared. Highly recommended apartment for a single female.
