The only reason that I'm moving out is that I bought a house. Otherwise I would have stayed for the helpful and responsive staff, the great neighborhood with easy access to downtown, and the covered parking. They have been updating in the past year. And by updating, not just painting but caulking the exterior to be more energy efficient and replacing the older balconies. For the location and the responsive staff, I would highly recommend Lincoln Park.
