Front office staff knows all residents by name. Free laundry fascilities in basement. Pool well kept but hot tub left uncovered so not really hot. I always felt very safe at all hours. Underground/covered gated parking is a real plus!! Just across from the river with a beautiful walking trail just completed!! Also has an elevator which is very handy. All in all a great place to live in Tulsa for the money!
