Nice quiet place to live '

Since December 27th there has been a guy hit by a car near the mailboxes, a suicide, and a disgruntled tenant who felt the need to vandalize the complex with spray paint because the management refuses to fix the numerous holes in the complex parking lot/road....nice quiet place to live ' I don't think so....
