Overall I had a good experience living here. I liked the floorplan of the apt. & having the nice appliances, trash pick-up was great, the large closet & window seat (in the master), new appliances, & that the stairs are on the inside of the apt.

The things I did not like were that rent was due on the 1st & then was considered late after that--usually you have until the 5th. We lived near one of the security gates, & it was very noisy with people going in & out & when it would get jammed. Plus there is a lot of traffic noise from Riverside & the Creek turnpike. Also, a couple people in the office were very snooty & acted like it was an inconvieniece to help you.

People do drive too fast through the complex & there are some sketchy people around on the weekends. My car was actually hit overnight pretty badly right outside the office & the office would not help me out at all. So I was out $900 for the damage done, when I knew what car it was that hit me & couldn't prove it.

The apts. are nice though, even though they're a bit overpriced.
