Mansions at Riverside

This place could be one of the premier complex's in Tulsa. Great access to the highway, as long as you don't mind spending .60 cents a day in turnpike tolls to get here after a long days work. It is close to shopping and a reasonable amount of restraunts. My problem begins with the whole move in experience. Let me list everything that was wrong with our apartment the first week we lived their. No water in one of the bathrooms, kitchen faucet leaked, the brand new dryer had to be replaced, air conditioning froze up and had to be fixed, the ice maker didn't work, dishwasher got stuck in wash cycles, once the water was fixed in the bathroom it never got hot, no wheels on the bottom rack of the dishwasher, spiders, stove top bent, ice maker leaked after it was fixed, but after all that I tip my hat to the maintenace for getting it fixed quickly. Need a speed bump at the entrance before someone gets killed! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I fully agree !!!! I am living there now, and it is expensive and one of the worst places to live. I still dont have TV access/phone access after more than 1 month.
