My boyfriend, his cousin, and I moved in back in July. We did tons of apartment searching due to the negative experiences we've had in the past. We came to the Mansions not expecting to be able to find anything in our price range, but low and behold we found a wonderful 1175 sq foot apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for an affordable $767. The floorplan is awesome, we even have a laundry room (which most apartments don't have). This feature makes your apartment home feel so much more like a real home. The only negatives to this apartment complex is the fact that the gate at the front of the community is ALWAYS broken and some people don't understand what red curbs mean. The gate was broken upon move-in in July and now in November it is still broken. It has been fixed several times, but is broken the next day. (Not that gates do much good anyways, but it is an added security feature that makes some people feel safer.) Overall, this is a great community and we wouldn't be leaving so soon except for the fact that we are transfering for a better job opportunity.
