Firstly Tulsa isn't the best place to get high end living in the city. That said, the apartment complex is relatively new compared to the other complexes in disrepair out there. The management is generally friendly and will get to small items fairly quickly however large items will get swept under the rug and never fixed. I had a front porch light that was broken from the day I moved in till the day I moved out 1.5 years later and it was never fixed. After 6 months, I simply gave up asking about it. Also when you move in be sure to nit pick at every single little bit of damage and dirt in the apartment as they will try to blame the slightest spot on you and deduct from your deposit. The residents in the apartment are also a mix of decent people and fairly low class irresponsible folk. Many dog owners do not bother to pick up after their dogs so all the grass areas are mine fields of dog crap. The walls are also very thin so I can hear my neighbors flush and use the laundry machines. And when my neighbor's garage opens below, my whole room vibrates.

hey moroon...if your trying to give every single apt complex a bad name, you might want to re-word each one you send rather than sending the same complaint to a bunch of different complexes. maybe your the problem!!!

Hey .......happyintulsa.....learn how to spell for one........second, it is hard enough to put up with other peoples crap, let alone BAD NEIGHBORS who don't know how to pick up their own dogs crap and be considerate to their neighbors!!!
