My husband and I were looking for apt. We decided to look close to ORU, our first choice was Mansion at Riveride. We were first greeted by the staff standing outside smoking and told us to go inside and wait for someone. (yeah the some was the manager on a smoke break) So we waited almost 10 min. (if someone wanted to make a sale they would have been on it) We already had an idea of what we wanted so we went and took a look at the apartment. They showed us an apartment that was filthy. It had dirt on the carpet and all over the walls were dirty there were cob webs in the corners of the ceiling and worst off all it smelled like urine. Tell me if you wanted to make some money dont show someone a dirty apartment.

Remember the outside isn't what always counts. Its the inside, and I can tell you this the inside is nasty, and also on the inside is management if you want good management dont count on this one, they wont have anytime because they will be on their smoke break.
