I work nights, so the complaints about loudness don't really apply. I get home when people are leaving, but you can definately here when people are arguing. Parking is a complete nightmare! Places aren't assigned, and there are times when I can't even get a space in front of my building. The gate works about 70% of the time. There are a few minor inconveniences like that, but it's on Riverside and the appliances are provided. Overall pricey but adequate. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
