Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Lived here for a year. These apartments are THE best in town. Location is excellent. Riverwalk and riverside are a stone's throw away. Staffing is very nice and helpful. Parking is plentiful!

Pros-Location; Curb side trash service; Security; Maintanence.

Cons-A little costly, no Cox cable, traffic sometimes a little bad on riverside.
