My microwave was out for over a month, my dryer squeeled loudly, my washing machine would not spin all the water out and banged about. I had to run the noisy dryer at least twise to three times to dry clothes. CHEAP ASS APPLIANCES!!!

I was shown a nice clean apartment then moved into a dog urine soaked spider infested dump.
The office staff will treat you as a touble maker if you say anything.
I lived there for 3 years transfering once, BOTH apartments reaked of dog piss.
NOTHING WILL BE DONE WHEN YOU SHOW UP WITH YOUR TRUCK FULL OF FUNITURE TO MOVE IN!!
You are just screwed.

This property is run by a company out of Texas that has other crap holes called CHAUSER MANAGEMENT. Do the research on that and see what i mean.
Tenants are just a means of income to them THATS ALL!!!
Cars have been broken into many times. Doors kicked in. But the dog crap takes it all. WAY OVER PRICED FOR A CITY DUMP SITE!!!
And be prepared to get ripped off on move out and turned over to a collection agency!! For what you say' Dog urine soaked carpets when you did not have a dog!!!
And pit bulls are not allowed but they are here and ignored by management.
Money is all they care about.

The lighting here also sucks, most of them are out and i could not see my door lock to put the key in!!!!
