I lived here for 3 years (moved out March 2007)! It was the MOST peaceful experience I had ever had living in an apartment! First and foremost, it never felt like your [stereotype] apartment complex... BUT what it did feel like was a townhouse environment. I never heard one of my neighbors nor did I ever hear anyone outside. I would have to take my dog out, or for a walk during the early morning hours or sometimes even late at night and never once felt unsafe to be outside at such vulnerable times. The grounds were always clean, the staff was professional and compassionate! The maintenance staff was not only good and knowledgable but very courteous. I fully trusted them with my personal possessions! This is the best place to live in Tulsa...PERIOD! If I didn't have to relocate when I did, I would still be living here! Finally, last but not least...I've been reading these reviews and am just amazed at some of them. To me it appears there are just a lot of angry and unhappy people that were and still are [obviously] very bad tenants. I honestly can not figure out how they could speak so badly of this staff or this apartment complex! It literally amuses me!!! Perhaps it was just a really bad 'PMS' week for some, because all they've done is ----- about petty lil' things! I would scratch the 'bad reviews' and ignore the bitchy little girls and/or boys AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Mansions at Riverside! Oh one more thing, awesome area of Tulsa! Great shopping, dining, entertainment, the river... basically everything you need right there within a square mile to your home!
