We lived here for almost two years and the staff was exceptional! Any maintenance issues or issues at all were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. The staff was very open to helping us and working with us on our lease. They also gave teacher discounts which was a nice acknowledgement. As for the dogs and "smell", they make it very clear that it is the owner's responsibility to clean up after their dog and they couldn't stress it more. It is a nice, safe place to live with friendly neighbors.
