My wife and I moved into the Mansions in Fall of 08 and overall it has been a wonderful experience.
However, we have had our fair share of typical apartment problems, we had a neighbor that stayed up outside partying all night, but that was addressed immediately and after a few complaints finally stopped, which for that I'm grateful.
Since the beginning of June, however, things have not been so great. The complex hired a company to paint the exterior of the buildings. The crew that has been doing the work has had a complete disregard and disrespect for anything and everything around them. My car has gotten paint on it several times from them, they leave trash all over grass where they take a break, this morning I caught them taking a break all over my patio furniture, they have set off my car alarm from sitting on the hood of my car. I had to call the police because they were driving through the complex at 10pm at night. My main concern and issue with this is I have called the Management on several occasions to address these issues, every time I have been assured that it would be taken care of, however it has not. All I can say is that I'm glad there almost done so that my family and I can feel like we can go outside again. In the Mansions defense, I understand that it is a very difficult thing to let a contractor get half way through a job and then fire them leaving the job half completed, over some trash and disrespect, however, I still don't like it.
That aside, the apartments are very nice, well kept and Maintenance is wonderful. Office staff is always pleasant and great to talk to. Problems are usually addressed promptly no matter how big or small. Once the Painters leave, I would recommend this apartment to any business professional or family looking for a safe quite place to live. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
