Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002

It is one of the nicer Apt. complexes in Tulsa. But that reflects the higher rent. The noise level for those of you that will live on the 1st and 2nd floors will be rather loud. But I have not found a truly quiet apt yet. Staff was pretty nice. And when we moved out I had stained the carpet and they did not charge me very much. Only real complaint was that the bathroom pipe burst. It took 3 tries to fix it right and they still left a big whole in the wall.

Parking was never too much of an issue. Workout room is nice.
