There are alot of people who come home late night in and night out who race their cars and rev there engines as they speed to their parking spaces. There are also alot of noisey neighbors who shoot off fireworks and have late night parties throughout the year. There appears to be no insulation from the noise whatsoever. I live on the third floor and can clearly make out every syllable of every conversation made in the parking lot.
