Watch out when you move out. I lived there for 2 years, always paid my rent on time and was never a problem. When I moved out, I received a bill for a whole lot of money that I didn't owe. Plus before I moved out I completely cleaned the place. They tried to charge for all these cleaning bills. I made sure when I left it was spotless. One thing they put on the bill was cleaning the refrigerator. I cleaned it so well that when you opened the door it smelled like cleaner. If you move out take pictures! When it was Echelon it was great but after it changed ownership it went way downhill. I had issues with getting things fixed also but that is a whole other story.
