Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Moved out recently and just got a bill because they said I didn't clean the place. They are crazy as I cleaned the thing to the hilt. And when I did live at the apts, the mildew above the bathroom (where the AC unit is) was unreal. Basically a building inspectors worst nightmare. I suggest you rent elsewhere or just buy unless you like added stress to your life after you vacate an apartment.
