The girls in the office are rude and too worried about putting on their makeup than taking care of their renters. If you want someone to be rude and snobby to you move here. They are nice at first, but once you move in you are just another apartment number not a person.

Maybe you are deserving of the treatment you received. Every time I go into the office, the staff is ALWAYS more than accomodating! They are very attentive as well as proffesional. It is my belief that you reap what you sow, Karma sucks doesn't it?

This is stupid to keep going back & fourth on this review!! Like I stated in my comment above, I said that I DO work in the office @ Memorial Creek & I think that it is my right to express how I feel when I am portrayed as something I'm not. Like I said before, I'm sorry that you feel the way you do, but grow up! The 1st comment is actually from a resident, like I also stated above, we have tons of residents that love the staff! I just think it is so funny that you keep trying to put us down! I am very intelligent & do know how to spell, so I don't know why you said that I'm not! I didn't spell anything wrong, I just abbreviated! I'm not writing an essay for an english teacher, I'm just expressing how I feel in MY OWN WORDS!! But this is the last response I'm going to write because I don't appreciate when people insult people they don't know. So I won't stoop to your level & insult you or your intelligence! I hope you GREAT day :)

Very, very professional response.... Or should I say classy? You sure know how to handle an unhappy customer. You must have taken a lot of classes in customer service. Can I hire you for my business? You are really good at putting out fires.
