It is funny reading all the other views because you see the same theme in a lot of them. "The management was nice at first; but then, they become rude and too preoccupied to help you." I remember going into the office building just to get some mail and there was only one girl working at the time and would much rather take a personal phone call in the back room then help me out. Management truly is a low point. Then one month ago, I was walking down the street in front of my apartment and I saw a huge rat who lost it's life due to car injuries. I didn't think too much of it then, but one week later, I walked out at night and saw about ten HUGE rats running by the apartment building in front of mine. That freaked me out. Now don't start assuming that I have no clue between a mouse and a rat. Trust me, mice are much smaller and cuter. This thing was a huge disgusting rat!! I will not be able to handle this place much longer if I start to hear that they live in the apartment complexes.
Finally, the amount of space they offer is pretty good. Plus they offer so many different floor plans. But I would have to agree that the rent borders too over priced.
And yes, I can hear my neighbors above me. It doesn't bother me too much until they start to run all over their apartment room at 2:00 AM and I have to go to work in the morning. Most of the people that live there seem to be college students as well. And personally, I don't enjoy the late and noisy nights that goes along with college students that don't work.
I hope if you choose Memorial Creek that you are at least aware that it won't be a perfect stay.

This place is a joke and they call it a luxury apartment community...the parking sucks and the office staff could care less if the resident is happy here or not.
