Okay, this may sound familiar to anyone who has read the other reviews....Everything was great until we moved out. Great location, great floorplan, great fitness facility...not so great office staff. First I told that my rent would not be raised to the now higher rate and then a week later received a notice from the office saying that it would be raised to the new rate. Next came the move out...I gave my 30 days notice, which apparently the office staff "misplaced", so they are now trying to charge $1100 including 1 month's rent, a waterbill for that month, and cleaning costs. My apartment was leased to someone else within a week of my moving out. I'm not sure that charging 2 people rent for one residence is legal. I also paid someone to clean the apartment. The management has been totally rude about the whole situation. I don't think it's worth the effort once you move out to deal with these people. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
