We moved around quite a bit due to noisy neighbors, but Memorial Creek was the best place we've lived yet. I like the location b/c you can just jump on 169 and get pretty much anywhere in Tulsa pretty quickly. It's close to all of the good things in S.Tulsa that we enjoy. The apartments themselves are really pretty and I liked the storage space, and I really enjoyed the garden bath tub. They also had a really nice exercise facility that I loved going to and there is a cool little walking trail that goes right next to the apartment. I liked the fact that it was a gated community and not just any person off the street can come in and cause problems. The only negatives I experienced was when the gate would freeze up during the winter and get stuck, the highway noise (but it's nothing I couldn't get used to), and some slightly irritating neighbors. We had someone shoe polish my husband's car as well as a few others in the parking lot. Overall though it was the best apartment complex we've lived in so far.
