The year I was there with my husband was the worst year of my life. The office staff is what ruined it from the get go. They act like they dont even give a rats --- about you after you move in but man sure before you sign that lease they love you. The place was scary enough, I would never go outside to walk my dog at night in fear of being raped or shot. There was one night a rapist was preying on girls in the complex....that was scary. The office staff had no "comments" on that occurance. People always had things stolen from cars and apartments. Our peep hole on the door had been what looked like scratched out by previous renters and asked the office numerous times to fix....and they didnt. The parking was horrid. Police visited there at least 4 times a week looking for someone. Just to sum up Observation Point...SCARY!!!!
