Observation Point is a dangerous,digusting run down ghetto. But you do make lots of little friends in the way of bugs and/or roaches-ALL YEAR LONG!!! I put those sticky pads down because they don't set any traps what-so-ever and each morning I have at least 2 new friends stuck to the pad. If you're a single white female do not move there. They say they have have security that patrols but I never see them. My car was broken into, my stereo stolen. Kids like throwing rocks at cars for fun. Gun shots ring out during the night. My bathroom has a huge hole in the ceiling just above the tub. when I told the office about it they sent maintenece over, close to two months ago. Sufficed the hole is still there, dripping water into my tub. I actually saw the stair case in the building accross from mine collapse. The office staff is no good except for the one male that works there. When I first moved I had to call because of mold under the sink. when they painted the walls (on the day I was supposed to move in) they painted right over the wall border. Parking is horrible and that about sums it up. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! And being from NY thats saying alot about this place
