Observation Point

I have lived here at Observation Point for over a year. I generally do not complain about the little things, so when i have something that needs to be tended to, i let it be known.
I have, as of late, had quite a few problems w/ this complex. they have recently changed property owners. the new owners are Viewpoint LLC. which in turn means new ppl running the office. and let me tell you............
for the most part they are nice, but there are some that really need to think about a new profession.
in the past when i have had a problem, it was fixed/resolved in a timely manner. a lot of times half-assed, but tolerable. when i moved in i did the usual check list. on my check list was the bathroom cabinet. both actually. the one over the toilet and the sink cabinet. both are made of cheap particleboard, very old, damaged and very ugly. i wrote on my checklist that they both needed to be replace. but, w/ no avail. about a month ago, i basically demanded that the cabinet over the toilet be replaced, due to water damage (from the flooding of the apartment above me sometime in the past, i would assume). it was first off a health hazard and second was an accident waiting to happen. they finally came and took it down. in turn, leaving 2 huge holes in the walls and 3 holes in the ceiling. each hole allowing for any kind of bug to crawl out of. the holes in the ceiling have "black mold", that happens to be the one that is very bad for your health. i had, at first, politely asked for them to fix the holes before replacing the cabinet. well, it has been 4 weeks later and the holes are still not fixed and i still have no cabinet over my toilet. apparently the "black mold" is not very important to them. i, however, have been sick for the past month.

the parking is awful here. i don't know if these ppl just don't know how to park or if they have received their driver's license from a Cracker Jack box. they have no consideration or respect of the other resident's cars. most of the residence are of other nationalities and most of which do not even speak English. i don't know if this plays a factor in the parking habits of these ppl or not, but I'm thinking it does.
there are only two things i can say good about this complex and those are:
noise level is minimum and crime is low.

the rent has recently gone up as well, due to the changing of the property owners. and BELIEVE ME, the amount they charge to live here, IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!
another little point, from the roads 41st Street and 129th Street, the outside looks all quaint and cute w/ the awning over the steps and all; but when you get inside of the actual complex...........yeah, there are not awnings for ANYONE!!!!!
i am trying to get out of here A.S.A.P.!!!!!!!!!!!
