The new mgmt is WORST than the old mgmt. Maria the mgr is scared of her shadow. Veronica is a nitwit who will tell angry tenants anything just to keep them from going upside her head. Security is a joke, steve the so-called maintenace smokes more than he works and has no license to repair anything. Nick and Lance the (owners)are two punk-queers who are dumber than a box of rocks and world champion liars.

If you love roach-infested living, enjoy greasy-looking illegals asking you for sex, if you cherish the thought of coming home from a hard days work to find 27 -------- getting drunk and undressing you with their eyes, then you belong here!
