I am new to the area and new to this site. Observation Point is better than most. They have a new system for paying rent, its really cool and is much easier than most. They also have a new manager that was very helpful and easy to work with, I think she has been here for a month or so. I like the apartments, I have heard stories from my neighbors about the way the complex used to be and they have told me that there have been some really good changes. These are nice sized units and I really like it here.
