I have not been here long but I can see the owners are really changing things. From what my neighbors are saying the place has really cleaned up. Also, they have a really cool system for taking rent, I can pay by credit card, I have never been to a place where I can do this and it works really easy. I just went by the office and found out that they are giving away a free TV to all new tenants. I like it here, I have not had any problems so far
