If you like a weak-kneed manager who consistently accuses you of non-payment of rent, cries at the drop of a hat, a so-called maintenance man who's not licensed to work on A/C's, and is a drunk,who ruins more fixtures than he fixes, owners who are flaming homosexuals who hate anything remotely straight, and illegals who have at least 4-6 other relatives lilving with them, then dis is dee place for you! P.S. The assistant manager V is a ---- who cares more about a hard d--k, than giving you a receipt.

How long had it been when you lived there because the white lady that was the manager wasn't no joke. I say WASN'T because they just recently got rid of her, which was by the way a HUGE mistake, she was the only decent person they had employed since taking over, and the idiot they have now is a white piece of trash that sounds like she is straight from the trailer park, all her and her husband do is yell and scream at each other, cussing each other out, and we PAY TO HEAR THIS, anyway, you posted this in Sep of 2007 and "V", hadn't been working there since spring of that year. I don't think that the owners are homosexuals, but I do think they are a bunch of rich -------S that are only concerned with the money in their pockets and not the best interests of the people that live here! Maria is still a weak kneed manager and I think she back stabs her own people, unless you are one of her family members or extended family members and then she will do anything for you. As far as the maintenance goes, while the old manager was here, she fired all of the useless people and brought some really good guys. I usually have my problems fixed within 24-48 hours, all in all I can't wait to get out of here at the end of my lease.

I dont know if you are correct about old manager being decent because everytime i went to the office she looked like if she just got out of the gym and she was very rude. The office looked like a daycare and i dont believe the kids were the other young girls babies unless they did black men.
