One Eton Square

Problems with One Eton From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I've lived here for 2 years... first year and a half was great, no problems... recently moved into bigger one bedroom and EVERYTHING is wrong. I live on the third floor.. pigeons live in the ceiling, when it gets hot outside, the appartment starts smelling like pigeons, walls are extremely thin, can hear neighbors alarm clock go off in morning. Security is available, however, every line for security is disconnected. The apartment is very nice, however, walls are off white instead of stark white, crown molding... 9 foot ceilings, french doors... office staff is VERY nice! neighbors are not.
