THESE APARTMENTS ARE OLD!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived here since September. In a matter of 4 months my heat has gone out 2 times. I woke up one morning to water all over my kitchen floor, that's right I had a leak!!! And the most recent is my garbage disposal is broken, and has been for 3 days. I have called maintenance, but they apparently are a little busy with the rest of the crappy apartments. They seem nice when you look at them, but once you get in the apartment, all hell will break loose! I would not tell anyone to move into these apartments unless you like the maintenance men living with you!!!
