I lived there for 18 months and yes, they will tell you anything to get you to lease an apartment. Electric bills are way too high as there is no insulation and the door and windows are so old that the air comes right through them, Maintnenace requests take about a week and many phone calls to get a response. Parking is bad, noise is bad - police are out there weekly or more as the drug dealers/users and bad charaters are plentiful there. They do not remove the snow and ice in the winter and there are so many water leaks all over the complex that certain areas always have ice. You pay the water so all these leaks cost the tenants.
