	Maintenance guy is not all there, fat and lazy, too. He and his fat wife manage this place now. Lie about getting things done. Doesn't happen. All promises to get it done 'tomorrow'. Tomorrow has come and gone many weeks ... more

	The apartments are roomy, but it takes awhile for maintenance to fix anything. There are drafts in the windows, making your heating bills higher, and they do not maintain the fireplaces. It is your responsibility to have them cleaned.
