Overlook Apartments

RUN!! Don't live here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I've lived in Overlook since June 2004. I have had everything go wrong with my apt. My ceiling in my bathroom has been leaking since Aug. 2004, and is still leaking. My air conditioner was leaking it took them 2 months to fix the problem and they didn't even replace the molded carpet that was caused by the water. Too many problems to explain each one. The office staff have no training in how to deal with people. I have never met ruder people in my life and they are not on the same page. They all tell you different things and their answers will change day to day! Don't rent here. You will have one problem after another and it not worth the money. The apt is way overpriced for what you actually get. It looks good one paper, but those washers and dryers they say you get don't even work half the time. The fitness center... something is broken at least once a week, and pool is hardly ever opened and whenever it is there are too many rowdy unsurpervised kids out there to even enjoy it.
