Unprofessional management and staff. All these people care about are sucking you in and taking your money. Once they got you in the lease they could care less about you. Try getting anything fixed in your apartment, it is an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend renting at the Overlook, as soon as my lease is up, I'm outta here.

To tjayer01: Personal information is NEVER past on to residents. Quit lying. Plus quit posting all these complaints under different dates and names. We know it is all from you. You are fooling no one. Why have you not responded to personal emails sent directly to you from Overlook? I know why, because your complaints are all false. You must have a real vendetta against the staff because they follow all rules against your will & ways. Your attitude is obvious. Very immature and self centered. You are not using the rating system in an honest way. You ought to be ashamed of yourself.

How would you know about the email threats i have recieved unless you were management and the one who sent them??? yeah not so smart are you??? I need not respond to threats, the emails have now become part of the complaint that's being filed!What has happened to me will be proven and out in the open soon..i am working with various news channels so that the public can beware and aware of what is happening...thank you tjayer01

are you so sure you know who this is from?seems to me that you are just throwing things out in defense instead of being proffessional about these legitimate complaints. Maybe you should ask these people what you can do for them instead of being so hostile.
