hate it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   this place is absolutely awful. i've lived here for a year. i have a 4 page list of things that suck about this place that i'm considering sending to corporate. the funny thing is their corp. office is less then a mile from the complex. you'd think it would be nicer. things that were broken when i moved in last july are still broken because i gave up complaining around xmas. the carpet was trashed when i moved in. not to mention the grease marks that were left when they dragged a fridge through my living room (that wasn't replaced until 2 months after i moved in). the bathroom tiles fell off the wall in the shower we called at 1pm they couldn't send anyone out until the next morning. they said just take baths even though the wall was comlpetely rotted out behind the tile and half of it was falling off. they told us someone in our building was having the same problem (maybe you shouldn't glue tiles to dry wall') and they didn't replace the soap dish. our a/c broke and when we called they said no one could come until the next day because it wasn't over 85 degrees outside so it wasn't a priority. the maintenance guys are lazy and dont lock the pool properly and it was vandalized last week. i'm in the office at least once a week to complain or to pay rent, or put money on my laundry card and the girls dont even know my name. and they're not new. Angel is completely stupid and it's a shame she's the manager now. the old manager was easier to work with. unfortunetly she was only here for the first 3 weeks of my living here. not to mention there are only 8 washers and 8 dryers for the entire complex and they run with cards, and the machine is in the office which can sometimes be hard to get to since they leave early show up late and take 2 hour lunch breaks. my advice is to look else where. i'd rather light my hair on fire then renew my lease with these people.
