The owners seem to be a member of the Managemnt of the month club,
since they change managment companys frequently. They offer a bonus
for refering people by never pay! They have not repaired the parking lot
safty lighes for years! They also allow fellons and even those who have
burglerized Pickwick arms aprtments to remain with out repairing the damage they caused! They allow vehicles to block the
firelane blocking access to emergency vhehiles! I've seen pickups
with low boy trailers and vans parked in the fire lane and even
maintenace employs walk by and do nothing! The Tulsa fire department
says it is up to the managment to have the vehicles removed but
the offices oftern close early and they do not answer their phone.
For safty reasons and health I will not renew my lease!
