I work Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30pm. Their office hours are Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm. I can't get home before they close, and most of the time they don't stay until their scheduled time anyway. So, I have to wait until Saturday if there is a problem, which I have several maintenance issues that need to be taken care of. Today is Saturday, it's 1:45pm, and there is no one in the office to be found. If you call them, they have an emergency page-out for maintenance emergencies, but my issues can wait until the next business day, so this doesn't qualify. So now I have to live in the heat with a faulty air-conditioner, a leaking water heater, no hot water pressure in my kitchen, and a garbage disposal that needs to be replaced and stinks up the kitchen. I also have a mailbox that hangs open far enough to reach in and take something, for which I have left messages, but no one returns my call. I wish I had the money for a deposit to move elsewhere.
