The first impression of the club house at the POLO club might give a sense of a clean setting. However, even after one takes into the account that they are re-siding the buildings (needed badly) another aspect comes to the surface. First off: the Polo Club like many apartments in Tulsa do cater to illegals from the south. The Manager is a mexican for obvious reasons. One needs to speak Spanish at the Polo Club. There is chicken wire which covers some balconys and on the ground units you can see torn chairs, junky recliners and the like sitting outside. The manager told us that the POLO CLUB is a "High Class" apartment complex...hmmmm..well, I suppose if one lives in Harlem that the POLO Club would seem "high class". Yet, for a 300$ - 400$ per month rent the term "high class" just does not seem to fit. My advice is to anyone reading this, consider other accomadations which have better drainage during a storm. Also, these people want you to sign more documents to rent a lousy apartment then one does to join the military. Their special "move in" promotion is a scam.
