I have lived here less than a month and I already hate it. I have already had to contact them 6 times!!!! Twice over the smoke alarm going off and staying on for no reason. The only way to get it to turn off was to completely umplug it. Dishwasher was messed up and still does not work properly. Was taking a shower and the whole wall started to cave in on me. I had to go to a friend to take a shower for two days. Now my biggest problem is my air conditioning is not working. It is 90 to 95 degrees outside and these apartments are impossible to get any airflow in them. I went without air conditioning all last weekend. They finally fixed it on Tuesday and it lasted until Friday. Called them on Friday and here it is Monday and it is still not fixed. Had a maintenance person come Sunday that I could barely understand. He told me that he couldnt fix it and someone would be by tomorrow and no one showed. Called to see what was going on onlt to find out that I will have to wait at least another day!! It is pretty funny that they have a sign out front that says award winning service, or something like that. All I have to say about that is, that is a big fat lie! Also the parking here is terrible. I usually have to park all the way around the next building.
