I wouldnt live here again. We got a really good dell, well we thought, but 4 months in to our lease they put a note on our door saying that we had to pay a different price. The manager was so rude she was a real you know what.(but thank god she is'nt here anymore). but they said they didnt do something right, and they wanted us to pay(well it was there fault not ours). Then after that we but our 1 month notice in 2 months ahead, but we had told the old manager and she did not record it so we had to pay for another month.Plus the maintanance are just plain stupid. We had ask them to fix diff. things they would come, but it never got done like when we moved in our phone jacks were not working so we asked them to fix them and he left a note saying that we need to but batteries in the phone to make it work. You know i am not a elec. but i know that it wasnt the phone it was the wireing. I would never live at Polo Run.
