Don't expect anything to be fixed right away. In fact, expect some things to never be fixed. Management will explain that maintenance is provided according to priority. This explanation is logical and may even be true. But if a repeated request to fix a broken dishwasher goes unanswered for more than 6 months, it
only means they had much bigger problems to contend with. One can certainly imagine a bigger problem, but for 6 months' That's alot of problems. The list goes on.
