A nice, quaint place to live

I have lived at Red River for two years. The apartment is huge and cheap. It's a good starter apartment if you're on a budget. Things do break down on occasion but maintenance usually fixes it the day I call. There's only been one time they didn't and I think I may have called too late in the day. Sure it has its quarks but it's a great place to live. When I first moved in there were a lot of people who would congregate in the parking lot playing loud music and drinking. As soon as management became aware of it they sent out notices that people were to no longer loiter and the problem stopped. They have made improvements to the lighting so it seems to me that the management does try to make improvements as they see them. I think tenants just need to be sure to notify management of issues or they will be unaware of them.
