Not too bad, there are worse ones out there

I lived at Red river Apartments for about a year. I have read all the reviews and I do agree it is not the safest place to live. I personally had my car broken into a few times. They did have security that drove around, but that made no difference to the ppl stealing radios out of cars. There is a roach problem and there are several issues with the construction and or upkeep of the property. I have not lived here in a few years so things could have changed. I will say that when I did live there the staff was very friendly and helpful in many ways. things were always fixed promptly. The front gate also did not work properly. It would not be closed half the time and if it was closed and working properly it would start to close on your car.... Parking was good, always a spot open. I never had any issues with noise. I may have just had quiet neighbors. All in all compared to other places that I have lived this is not too bad. With that being said; as long as you are in an apartment close to the front its quiet safe. But No I would not move back to these apartments due to the roach problem.
