Nice apartments: new with nice amenities such as a pool table and 'movie' theater. The problem we had was with their personnel. We are moving after our six month lease is up, and are more than happy to simply because they are unwilling to work with the tenants. Be careful before you sign the dotted line. When selling you on the place they feature the movie theatre that you can reserve for private viewing, the great clubhouse that you can invite friends to, and the security gates that only residents have access to opening. Well, they DON'T mention that you have no control over the movie theatre; they load the movie and you can't change it or watch others. You can only have a MAXIMUM of two other guests with you in the clubhouse (what's the point of reserving the theatre or clubhouse for get-togethers, then'). The gates work MAYBE 25% of the time. These are just some of the ways they get you to move in, then are just general pains in the butt should you need assistance with business issues. Great apartments, nice amenities, but not at all worth the headaches.
