I lived at the Remington for about 4 months and loved every minute of it...until I got a great job out of state and needed to break my lease. Beware of that because they will hold you to the amount through the entire term of your lease. That, to me, was kraze!!! The staff was very nice but once I moved out, I didn't receive my deposit until 3 months AFTER the 30 day grace period they have to return it to you. I felt extremely safe at the Remington, and my apt. was absolutely spotless when I moved in. The place was decked out with crown molding, nice kitchens, and lots of space. I loved it, but had a hard time finding parking and hated that you were penalized for living on the first floor..with an extra fee each month. I'd move in again, but definately not sign a long-term lease!
