Cool place to live

We looked everywhere in town at all the higher end apartments and decided on Remington based on the layouts and extras. Well that and almost everything else felt cheap by comparison. The theater is a lot of fun to watch movies with friends and really convenient. The pool is great and never really busy. Parking IS, as other reviewers have stated, rather tight and the occupants seem to have no social lives as it fills up around 8:30 or so in the evening. Other than hearing the old tenants above playing with their dog, we never hear our neighbors.
As for the staff, there were a few snags getting into the apartment but in our leasing agents defense we were in a rushed situation to get in. Since then Caleb, a leasing agent, has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful along the way, sorting out the few bumps quickly.
As for the gates being broken, as mentioned in another review, I have not seen this in my time here.
Remington backs to The Villas, one of the more expensive apartment communities and in my opinion dull. The property is fenced with a high fence around the full property. All of this at least lends to a feeling of safety. I have heard of no problems since I moved in.
While Remington may not be perfect I have not found anything better all things considered.
