This place is great! I live on the first floor, and the noise above me is just normal for an apartment. What do you people expect' Parking is never a problem, and the gates... they've worked since I moved in. Maintenance is great, management is great, residents are great. If you don't like having to wait for a day to get assistance or having to hear someone upstairs etc...buy a house!
